If your order has been shipped out, we do not support to change order information. It is recommended that you place a new order for correct items, and please do return the former package to us in order to get your refund after you receive the delivery.

For U.S. located consumers, there are three shipping options: orders with Standard Shipping and Free Shipping will arrive in 7-21 days, and orders with Expedited Shipping will arrive in 3-7 days.  

For Japan located consumers, there are two shipping options: orders with Standard Shipping and Free Shipping will arrive in 3-7 days.  

For consumers located outside of U.S. and Japan, there are two shipping options: orders with Standard Shipping and Free Shipping will arrive in 7-21 days.  

*Please note that all orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and this processing time is not included in the shipping time.

Sneaker Compass is not responsible for any import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, etc.).

Sneaker Compass offers a 60-day return policy, which means consumers can request a return or warranty within 60 days after receiving the items.  

To be eligible for a return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For U.S. located consumers, please contact us at support@sneakercompass.com. We’ll send you a return label along with instructions, and please do as the instructions said to send the package back to us. After our warehouse receives and evaluates the items, your refund will be initiated. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment channel in around ten business days.
